Chokeberry - Black

Black Chokeberry is a very attractive shrub that is well-known for its rich, dark berries and beautiful fall colors!  The heavy clumps of blackberries are commonly used in jams or jellies because of their high pectin levels. White blooms appear in the late spring, contrasting dark green, glossy leaves. Foliage turns a vibrant red and orange in the fall. Tolerates a wide range of conditions and is a popular choice for gardens that don’t have much space.
